Västberga Rånet

Efter att ha tittat på senaste avsnittet av debatt konstaterar jag ett antal saker. Men vad som är mest gripande är hur bristande rättssäkerheten är i Sverige. När jag skriver så menar jag inte att den är helt värdelös utan mer att den är långt ifrån oklanderlig. Redan innan hade jag inget som helst förtroende för polisen; det finns få saker som faktiskt hade fått mig att kontakta dem då de till synes är helt inkompetenta för både mindre såväl som omfattande brottslighet.

I debattstudion sitter bland annat f.d. värdetransportrånaren Liam Norberg som naivt blir frågad om brottslighet från A till B. Brottslingar i Sverige är oftast väldigt föraktad av allmänheten men vad får media att bortse från Liams förflutna? Är det för han var ”ung och dum” och vet bättre nu? Eller är det faktiskt helt enkelt bara för att han är känd som han får sitta där? Han verkar tämligen belåten iallafall. Dock innehåller hans uttalanden kanske inte världens högsta kunskapsmässiga nivå. Så om SVT har kontaktat honom i hopp om att ha en expert på området från ”insidan” är de enbart naiva. Och misstolka mig inte; jag klandrar inte Liams insats i programmet utan snarare syftet med att ha honom där då hans ord lika gärna kunde ha varit vilken västbergabos som helst.

Liam Norberg

Christian Agdur, Chef för operativa avdelningen för Polisen Stockholm besvarar frågorna och påståendena på ett professionellt sätt och försvarar den insatsen de faktiskt gjorde. Han erkänner även att det var ett stort misstag att helikoptrarna blev stående och försvarar även resten av kritiken på ett tillfredsställande sätt.

Dick Malmlund(t.v.), Säkerhetschef på Svensk Handel kommer också till orda och hävdar att misslyckandet med helikoptrarna är en ”fullständig skandal”. Han är kritisk till behandlingen av helikoptrarna ”Att ställa upp de två helikoptrarna man har, utanför stan, tillsammans är ju så naivt att man gråter ju när man tänker på det.” Dick vill att Tommy Hydfors ska stå för att behandlingen har varit dålig och att han och hans kollegor gjort bort sig.

Tommy Hydfors, ansvarig för helikoptrarna, ser något obehagad ut i bild. ”Det kan jag inte erkänna” säger han och förkastar uttalandet i allmänhet. Indirekt erkänner han att han gjort fel med massa lösdragna förklaringar. Han hävdar att säkerheten var bristande ”i det här fallet” och att det är glädjande att helikoptrarna inte är förstörda. Med långa ”ehh” mellan varje mening påbörjar han gång på gång olika uttalanden utan att slutföra dem på ett snyggt sätt, han hävdar bl.a. att helikoptrar från andra delar av landet var på väg dit. Svt visar sen bilder på vad dom hävdar vara polisens helikopterdepå i Säve, Göteborg. Bilderna visar en bom in till ett flygfält och allmän ödemark som ska framstå som obevakad. Tommy besvarar kritiken mycket dåligt, han hävdar sig inte vara så väldigt insatt på ett nonchalant sätt, han besvarar även att han fick ett meddelande från Säve att de hade uppmärksammet SVT’s personal utanför området som om det skulle visa att säkerheten är hög och Belinda, programledaren i debatt förkastar uttalandet. Han hävdar att det inte var avgörande att helikoptrarna inte var på plats något som Dick starkt motsätter sig. Tommys argument är att ”rån med fordon sker trots att det finns polisbilar i närheten så det är inte avgörande om det hade varit en helikopter i luften [...]”

Generellt besvarar ovanstående kritik på ett bra sätt bortsett från Tommy som kommer med löjliga ursäkter. Jag kommer själv ihåg dagen rånet hände, jag satt på bussen med min flickvän och polischauffören förklarade att han var tvungen att hoppa över flera busstationer. Man blev chockad och uppspelt över att något hade hänt för en gångs skull. Det var otroligt mycket poliser på plats med kevlarvästar och automatvapen. Rånarna kom iväg så jag anser att polisens insats hittills har varit ett misslyckande. Och precis som Liam säger, rånarna glorifieras i andra kriminellas ögon och vi kan ju se fram emot den ökning som väntar oss bland rån.

10. A husband has sex with his wife, as a plow goes into a field.

The Quran in Sura (Chapter) 2:223 says:

Your women are your fields, so go into your fields whichever way you like . . . . (MAS Abdel Haleem, The Qur’an, Oxford UP, 2004)

9. Husbands are a degree above their wives.

The Quran in Sura 2:228 says:

. . . Wives have the same rights as the husbands have on them in accordance with the generally known principles. Of course, men are a degree above them in status . . . (Sayyid Abul A’La Maududi, The Meaning of the Qur’an, vol. 1, p. 165)

8. A male gets a double share of the inheritance over that of a female.

The Quran in Sura 4:11 says:

The share of the male shall be twice that of a female . . . . (Maududi, vol. 1, p. 311)

7. A woman’s testimony counts half of a man’s testimony.

The Quran in Sura 2:282 says:

And let two men from among you bear witness to all such documents [contracts of loans without interest]. But if two men be not available, there should be one man and two women to bear witness so that if one of the women forgets (anything), the other may remind her. (Maududi, vol. 1, p. 205).

6. A wife may remarry her ex—husband if and only if she marries another man and then this second man divorces her.

The Quran in Sura 2:230 says:

And if the husband divorces his wife (for the third time), she shall not remain his lawful wife after this (absolute) divorce, unless she marries another husband and the second husband divorces her. [In that case] there is no harm if they [the first couple] remarry . . . . (Maududi, vol. 1, p. 165)

5. Slave—girls are sexual property for their male owners.

The Quran in Sura 4:24 says:

And forbidden to you are wedded wives of other people except those who have fallen in your hands [as prisoners of war] . . . (Maududi, vol. 1, p. 319).

4. A man may be polygamous with up to four wives.

The Quran in Sura 4:3 says:

And if you be apprehensive that you will not be able to do justice to the orphans, you may marry two or three or four women whom you choose. But if you apprehend that you might not be able to do justice to them, then marry only one wife, or marry those who have fallen in your possession. (Maududi, vol. 1, p. 305)

3. A husband may simply get rid of one of his undesirable wives.

The Quran in Sura 4:129 says:

It is not within your power to be perfectly equitable in your treatment with all your wives, even if you wish to be so; therefore, [in order to satisfy the dictates of Divine Law] do not lean towards one wife so as to leave the other in a state of suspense. (Maududi, vol. 1, p. 381)

2. Husbands may hit their wives even if the husbands merely fear highhandedness in their wives (quite apart from whether they actually are highhanded).

The Quran in Sura 4:34 says:

4:34 . . . If you fear highhandedness from your wives, remind them [of the teaching of God], then ignore them when you go to bed, then hit them. If they obey you, you have no right to act against them. God is most high and great. (Haleem, emphasis added)

1. Mature men are allowed to marry prepubescent girls.

The Quran in Sura 65:1, 4 says:

65:1 O Prophet, when you [and the believers] divorce women, divorce them for their prescribed waiting—period and count the waiting—period accurately . . . 4 And if you are in doubt about those of your women who have despaired of menstruation, (you should know that) their waiting period is three months, and the same applies to those who have not menstruated as yet. As for pregnant women, their period ends when they have delivered their burden. (Maududi, vol. 5, pp. 599 and 617, emphasis added)

Folk frågar mig om jag beskriver mig själv som känslomässig och det är faktiskt sant. Mitt EQ (Emotionella kvot) är ungefär på samma nivå som min IQ skulle jag kunna tänka mig. Jag kan faktiskt säga att mitt känsloliv hjälper mig inom mitt skrivande. Det är som att måla fast utan färger med en palett prydd av sinnesförnimmelser och intryck arkiverade i min hjärna. Är någon nyfiken på vad jag skriver finns boken att läsas på nätet.

Survival of the fittest

In a somewhat sleeping society like my own, the ignorance is running high. People live with same old narrow-minded views on important ethics and morality topics. They are all around us and refuse to acknowledge new impressions. The ”reality” they’ve built up in their minds is the one of mass media, the one of their friends or simply their ancestors views impressed upon them such as traditions and religion. That is not a new phenomenon since religion still is very active even today. That shows that centuries of ignorance haven’t even brought the attribute of critical thinking into the children of yesterday neither tommorow. In objectical matters people keep refering to their ”life experience” or simply ignore the new arguments and facts since they are believed to be outrageous and threatening to ruin all of the reality which have been invented in their minds.

Survival of the fittest is the Darwinian theory about evolution and it should be applied to the modern society aswell. Evolution is completely rational and there is no other theory that is more logical at this moment so the evolution theory should be accepted until we know better.  None of the religions known today is trustable in that judgement.  Social evolution, it’s the ones who open their eyes for an alternative future that will prevail. Religion is almost synonymical with narrow-mindedness and ignorance. That is even proved throughout history.

Of course can atheist and people with other life philosophies be as ignorant, I know a couple of them. People are acting completely irrational and haven’t got arguments for their behavior, but despite that, claiming they are right. Outrageous.

The Heist

Folks inkonsekvens går mig på nerverna, speciellt på sistone. Att umgås med folk som bara snackar är som att umgås med ingen alls. Vi bör alla eftersträva personlig utveckling för att undvika dekadens i det långa loppet, vad som räknas som dekadens är dock subjektivt. Vad som avses med att ”lyckas i livet” är ju självklart också subjektivt, men många undviker eller nonchalerar personlig utveckling. Som jag tidigare skrivit; Kanske dags att rensa ännu mer i umgängeskretsen.

Om drygt 16 timmar bär det av till Riga. Tillbaks på Torsdag.
